O2 Employment Services is currently partnering with a local company in the agriculture industry to find their next controller. Ideal candidates will be experienced and have a positive attitude and be a self starter!


Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

  • Manage all financial functions including financial strategy, budgeting, processes and forecasts to support current and future revenue growth
  • Determine and report the financial impact of operational issues and strategies
  • Assist the president and management team in driving day-to-day operations
  • Assure financial plans are consistent with company goals
  • Develop and supervise training and professional development, a strong financial team
  • Manage daily activities of A/P, payroll, invoicing, customer credits and collections, etc.
  • Performing internal audits
  • Learn and use company specific software
  • Assure accurate and timely recording of all transactions
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • 3-5 years in a financial leadership position
  • Advanced understanding of accounting
  • Must be organized
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage well
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Excellent computer skills, able to learn new software quickly
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
