Local Electrical Company is looking for their next Bookkeeper/Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be experienced in bookkeeping and clerical duties as well as have an understanding of the construction industry. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday.

Requirements of the Bookkeeper/Office Admin:

  • Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online, Word, Excel and Adobe
  • Detailed oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Must be self-driven and productive
  • Must possess a good work ethic

Benefits of the Bookkeeper/Office Admin:

  • $18-$22/hr, depending on experience
  • Full time, M-F, 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Medical/Dental/Vision

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper/Office Admin:

  • Data entry into QuickBooks Online
  • Run income & spending statements reports in QuickBooks
  • Weekly Employee Payroll
  • Monthly customer invoicing
  • Monthly supplier/vendor payables
  • Setting up of new project with job specific COI & Pre lien
  • Manage company insurance policies & annual renewal with broker
  • Create job binders for each job & maintaining files
  • Assist with CPA for annual tax filings
  • Other duties as assigned
