SERVICE WRITER SUMMARY

 

O2 Employment Services, Northern California’s leader in staffing and recruitment, is working with a local company to find their next employee. Local auto repair company is seeking SERVICE WRITER to join their team. This person will support the team and assist customers with their auto service needs. This is a full time, long term opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS for SERVICE WRITER

  • Auto experience (1-3 years)
  • Great customer service; friendly and outgoing
  • Sales experience (1-3 years)
  • Requires excellent communication skills, including professional written and verbal correspondence
  • Excellent computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
  • Good problem solving skills and good judgment
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, learn new things quickly, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibly
  • Must be self-motivated to work independently, as well as work well on a team
  • Must have strong attendance record and work ethic, and maintain a positive attitude at all times

SERVICE WRITER COMPENSATION

  • $15-18/hour depending on experience

HOURS

1st shift, Monday thru Friday, some Saturdays as needed

DUTIES for Service Writer

  • Greet customer in person and over phone
  • Check in customers for service
  • Go over service details with customers
  • Up-sell customers on additional needs
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Complete additional duties and/or tasks as assigned.
