Summary for Property Management Admin Assistant

Local property Management Company is looking for an administrative assistant. This is a full time, long term position.

 

Compensation: $14/hour

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm

 

DUTIES:

  • Greet all visitors
  • Phones: answering, rerouting, returning calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Take payments
  • Answer customer questions
  • Creating folders/files
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 Years office experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Excellent customer service, must be kind, yet firm
  • Strong math and writing skills
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Excellent computer skills, able to learn new software quickly
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Must be a good listener
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
