PROJECT MANAGER SUMMARY

Local Sign Company is looking for experienced candidates to interview for a Project Manager position. This position is full time, long term with a growing locally owned company!

Pay

$16-20/hour

Requirements

  • Must be attentive to detail
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Must have valid Driver License and be able to pass a drug and background check
  • Team player who takes feedback constructively
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms of communication
  • Must have minimum 2 years estimating experience
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Must have high school diploma, college degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • TAKE NEW INQUIRES, QUOTES AND REQUESTS FROM NEW AND RETURNING CUSTOMERS
  • MANAGE AND FOLLOW UP ON 30+ PROJECTS AT A TIME
  • SCHEDULING SUB CONTRACTORS LOCALLY AND OUT OF STATE
  • OBTAINING SIGN PERMITS FROM CITIES AND COUNTIES
  • REVIEW SURVEY INFORMAITON AND DRAWINGS FOR ACCURACY TO ORDER MATERIALS OR SECURE PERMITS
  • ORDER MATERIALS FOR NEW PROJECTS AND ISSUR PURCHASE ORDERS
  • WRITE UP JOB ORDERS FOR INSTALLERS TO COMPLETE
  • COORDINATE INSTALLATION DATES FOR POJECTS WITH OFFICE MANAGER
  • CLOSE OUT JOB ORDERS AND ORGANIZE TO HAND OVER TO ACCOUNTING
  • ARRANGE HOTEL ROOMS FOR TRAVELING TECHNICIANS
  • FILE DOCUMENTS AND INVOICES
  • INVENTORY NEW JOB MATERIALS AS THEY ARE RECEIVED
