O2 Employment Services, Northern California’s leader in staffing and recruitment, is working with a locally owned and operated appliance company to find an office assistant! This is a full time, long term position.




Vary; some weekends will be required

DUTIES for Office Assistant

  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Transfer calls to appropriate department
  • Greet all visitors with excellent customer service
  • Cleaning appliances
  • Assisting the owner with various tasks, projects, errands
  • General office support duties
  • Handling all warrantees
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS for Office Assistant

  • At least 2 years of office experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service
  • Positive personality
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
