DUTIES for Marketing Representative

  • Executive: Customer Satisfaction
  • Communicate with centers of influence on resolving concerns: face-to-face, phone, or e-mail.
  • Marketing: Generate Revenue
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales
  • Marketing: Sales and Marketing Activity
  • Setup closing
  • Maintain assigned contact lists (additions/deletions).
  • Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts, compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information, identify “Target 25” (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients), and complete documentation, as
  • Participate in professional associations, host Lunch-and-Learns, and promote continuing education (CE)
  • Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event
  • Marketing: Professional and Personal Development
  • Develop sales
  • Understand production and
  • Understand company resources and industry
  • Executive: Safety and Risk Management
  • Attend safety training, as

QUALIFICATIONS for Marketing Representative

  • At least 2 years of marketing or similar experience
  • Requires excellent communication skills, ability to produce professional written correspondence
  • Excellent computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
  • Able to learn new software quickly
  • Good problem solving skills and good judgment
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, learn new things quickly, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibly
  • Must be self-motivated to work independently, as well as work well on a team
  • Must be results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Must have strong attendance record and work ethic, and maintain a positive attitude at all times
