SUMMARY

O2 Employment Services, Northern California’s leader in staffing and recruitment, is working with one of Redding’s top producing real estate offices to find a LISTING MANAGER. This position is full time, with opportunities for growth for the right candidate. Ideal candidates will be organized, self-motivated, and able to foresee needs of agents. This is an important role assisting in both lead generation and being the main support for all agents and sellers on the listing side of business.

COMPENSATION

$17-25/hour

HOURS

Daytime hours; weekends may be required

DUTIES for LISTING MANAGER

  • Put together listing files
  • Make calls to both cold and warm leads
  • Check in with our clients weekly
  • Follow up on all potential customers interested in Selling their home
  • Call all new leads
  • Call and email all follow up leads previously spoken to
  • Set and schedule listing appointments
  • Maintain google calendar for listing appointments
  • Answer phones
  • Build listing packets for appointments
  • Follow up after appointments
  • Call agents that show our listings for showing feedback weekly
  • Maintain database to company standards
  • Coordinate listings with marketing department
  • Input listings in transaction management system

 QUALIFICATIONS for LISTING MANAGER

  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service
  • Previous real estate experience preferred
  • Real Estate License preferred
  • Trainable and willing to learn
  • Motivated
  • Bubbly and personable
  • Able to adapt your communication style to the customer, able to connect with anyone
    • Strong team player
