HOTEL FRONT DESK SUMMARY

Local hotel is seeking applicants for a Front Desk Clerk/Breakfast Attendant. This is a part time, long term position for a reputable local hotel in busy location.

REQUIREMENTS for HOTEL FRONT DESK

  • Must have customer service oriented attitude and go above and beyond
  • Excellent phone etiquette and energetic
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Excellent computer skills, able to learn new software quickly
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure

Part-time, $13.00/hr

HOTEL FRONT DESK HOURS

DUTIES

  • Customer Service
  • Greet all guests
  • Attend to breakfast duties as assigned
  • Phones: answering, rerouting, returning calls
  • Taking payments
  • Making reservations
  • Taking deliveries to rooms
  • Working on computers
  • Other duties as assigned
