FISCAL OFFICER COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

$25.00+ DOE

FISCAL OFFICER DUTIES

  • Managing all fiscal matters
  • Maintaining and managing personnel files and employee benefits
  • Prepare and develop annual budget
  • Assist with short and long range fiscal planning
  • Work with funding agencies as needed to reconcile fiscal transactions
  • Supervise and evaluate fiscal staff
  • Conduct semi-monthly payroll
  • Maintain general ledger
  • Process monthly billing statements
  • Work efficiently with outside auditors to insure that the auditing process is completed in a timely manner.
  • Develop necessary internal control procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

FISCAL OFFICER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 Years non-profit and fiscal experience
  • Experience developing fiscal projections and annual budgets
  • Must be organized with strong planning skills
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Must work well in a team with the ability to accept challenges, set goal and demonstrate mature judgement.
  • Strong knowledge of computerized fund based accounting, Excel, Etc.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Excellent computer skills, able to learn new software quickly
