O2 Employment Services, Northern California’s leader in staffing and recruitment, is assisting a car dealership to find a full time AND a part time, long term Customer Service Specialist

HOURS

Full Time Position: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Part Time Position: Sunday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm; Monday & Tuesday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

$12.50/hour to start

DUTIES for Customer Service Specialist

  • Oversee all aspects of customer service at a desk or around an office
  • Greet all visitors
  • Phones: answering, rerouting, returning calls
  • Scheduling appointments/keeping calendar
  • Pick up/drop off customers during vehicle repair
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Call customers with updates
  • Take photos of damaged cars and upload them into system
  • Various computer work/data entry
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS for Customer Service Specialist

  • 2 years of working experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Excellent computer skills, able to learn new software quickly
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Auto industry knowledge strongly preferred
  • Ability to be on your feet and moving around constantly
  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
