CLIENT COORDINATOR DUTIES

  • Providing excellent customer to clients assisting with anything needed
  • Variety of data processing tasks
  • Documentation and filing
  • Processing and managing reports
  • Appropriately direct calls to other departments as needed
  • Performing a variety of clerical duties such as typing, filing, proofreading, etc.
  • Assisting in resolving customer complaints
  • Other duties as assigned

CLIENT COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 Years office experience preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Excellent computer skills, able to learn new software quickly
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize daily tasks
  • Knowledgeable in using various office equipment
