Local house cleaning company is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join their team. In addition to working in the office, this person will also help clean houses when needed. This is a full time, long term position.




Monday-Friday, daytime


  • Handle all incoming phone calls
  • Schedule sales calls or house cleanings
  • Conduct interviews for new employees
  • Administer “New Employee Orientation Program”
  • Follow up on all customer complaints and assist with customer retention practices
  • Maintain files and daily clerical work
  • Prepare assignments and schedules for cleaners daily
  • Assist with cleaning when coverage is needed
  • Other duties as assigned


  • At least 2 years of clerical experience
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
  • Excellent computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required
  • Good problem solving skills and good judgment
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, learn new things quickly, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibly
  • Must be self-motivated to work independently, as well as work well on a team
  • Must have strong attendance record and work ethic, and maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • Must be ready and physically able to clean homes when coverage is needed
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and company specific background
  • Must have valid drivers license
