AUTO MECHANIC SUMMARY
Busy local auto shop is seeking candidates to interview for an auto mechanic position. This is a full time position with growth opportunities!
REQUIREMENTS for AUTO MECHANIC
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an auto mechanic in a shop setting
- Candidate must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manor
- Valid Driver License and clean DMV record
- ASE Certification preferred but NOT required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
AUTO MECHANIC COMPENSATION
$18-35 depending on experience
AUTO MECHANIC DATES/HOURS
Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays dependent on shop’s needs.
AUTO MECHANIC DUTIES
- Conduct work in a timely manor
- Responsible for maintaining shops standards
- Diagnose and repair customer vehicles
- Clean work station and area
- Greet customers
- Field customer needs and concerns
- Comply with safety standards
