O2 Employment Services, Northern California’s leader in staffing and recruitment, is partnering with a local lumber transportation company to find a dedicated and committed self-starter who has strong work ethic with ownership of responsibilities. Must have strong communication skills and ability to work in fast paced environment. This is a full time, long term position.

DUTIES for Administrative Clerk

  • Provide administrative support to the marina employees
  • Data entry/filing
  • Answer questions; provide excellent customer service
  • Complete additional duties and/or tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS for Administrative Clerk

  • Requires excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
  • Strong follow through skills
  • Good problem solving skills and good judgment
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, learn new things quickly, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibly
  • Must be self-motivated to work independently, as well as work well on a team
  • Must be observant and willing to ask a lot of questions


  • $15-17/hour
