SUMMARY

Local property Management Company is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and organized person with a desire to work in a dependable and expanding industry. Must have great computer skills and real estate experience is preferred but not required. This full-time position begins immediately and is long-term.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to multi-task with attention to detail
  • Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Office Equipment
  • Must have strong organization skills
  • Must be a self-starter that can work independently as well as be a team player
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills with a professional demeanor
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Minimum 2 yrs office experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer phones, taking concise messages
  • Calendaring
  • Create & maintain job files
  • Customer communication
  • Follow Instructions
  • Assisting Property Manager
  • Data Entry
  • Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION

  • $14-16/HOUR; DOE
