SUMMARY
Local property Management Company is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and organized person with a desire to work in a dependable and expanding industry. Must have great computer skills and real estate experience is preferred but not required. This full-time position begins immediately and is long-term.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to multi-task with attention to detail
- Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Office Equipment
- Must have strong organization skills
- Must be a self-starter that can work independently as well as be a team player
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills with a professional demeanor
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Minimum 2 yrs office experience

- Answer phones, taking concise messages
- Calendaring
- Create & maintain job files
- Customer communication
- Follow Instructions
- Assisting Property Manager
- Data Entry
- Other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION
- $14-16/HOUR; DOE
